What happens before an item reaches you

Nothing goes on sale straight from the seller. Each item passes through our workshop first.

  1. Inspect

    A technician runs a 40+ point check: power, performance, body, parts and paperwork.

  2. Repair

    Worn or faulty parts are replaced with original or equivalent parts, then the item is cleaned.

  3. Grade

    We grade it A, B or C on looks. Every grade works fully. The grade decides the price.

  4. Deliver

    It ships with a warranty card and a 7-day return window. Big items get a scheduled delivery.

The grade describes how an item looks. All grades are tested and fully working.

A

Like new. No visible marks, full function, original or equivalent accessories.

B

Good. Light scratches or scuffs you notice up close. Fully tested and working.

C

Fair. Visible wear, works perfectly. Best value for workshops and daily use.

Is refurbished as good as new?

It works like new. Every item is tested and repaired before sale. The difference is in looks, which the grade tells you: A has no marks, B has light scratches, C has visible wear.

What does the warranty cover?

Functional faults that were not caused by damage, misuse or liquid. The warranty length is shown on each product, from 3 to 12 months. Contact us with your order number and we repair or replace the item.

Can I return an item?

Yes, within 7 days of delivery if it is not as described or develops a fault. Keep the item and its accessories as you received them. We arrange the pickup and refund to your original payment method.

How can I pay?

Pay online with UPI, cards or net banking through Razorpay, or pay cash on delivery for orders up to ₹50,000.

Why can't I buy machines and vehicles online?

Large purchases like machines and vehicles deserve a look in person. Book an inspection from the product page and we fix a time for you to see it and, where possible, test it before you pay.

How do I sell something to Recycle Bin?

Fill in the sell form with the brand, model and condition. We call you with a quote within 24 hours. Pickup is free for items above ₹5,000.
